Salmon Burgers.

I made these delicious salmon burgers for dinner Sunday night. Thanks to the Summer issue of Sweet Paul for the recipe. 

They were great, but I have a tip for those making salmon burgers. It is better to cook them less than more. Salmon dries out incredibly quickly.
