"Surely God is my salvation;
I will trust and not be afraid.
The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense;
he has become my salvation.”
Trust, trust, trust, trust. It's like He's drilling it into my head. But my head is made of steel. Amazing how He's right there and I still don't trust. I've always been a do-it-myself kind of person. I can handle it, don't worry God. I got this. It took me a while to realize I really don't. Lately, every single morning this is what He has been saying to me. I think it's because He knows it can be my biggest struggle. And from trusting in Him comes everything else. Lord, teach me to trust you.
My sister and I took these photos in the rain. It was just a drizzle but as soon as we were done the bottom fell out. I think it made the light absolutely perfect, though. I wore this to my internship yesterday. Perks of working at an art gallery.
